This year’s NAMGBR Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held the weekend of October 27-29, 2023. The venue is the Homewood Suites in Katy, Texas. Katy will be the location of our 2024 Annual convention and is about 30 miles west of downtown Houston.

Friday night (October 27th)
6:00 pm– Meet and Greet in the hotel
7:00 pm – Dinner (TBD)
Saturday (October 28th)
8:00-9:00 – NAMGBR Officer and Coordinator Breakfast Meeting
9:00-11:30 – Tour of the Holiday Inn (host hotel) and car show site for MG2024
11:30-12:30pm – lunch on your own
1:00-5:00 – NAMGBR Annual General Meeting in the Homewood Suites meeting room.
6:00pm – Dinner – Note that we are working with the Houston Club regarding a possible special event tied into this.
Sunday (October 29th)
Check out and travel home.
Our Host hotel for this year’s AGM will be the Homewood Suites – Katy, 25495 Katy Mills Parkway, Katy, TX 77494. The event rate is $139/night (plus tax) which includes a hot buffet breakfast. The rate is the same for 1 King Bed or 2 Queen beds. They may require the first night’s deposit with your reservation. Note that the final date to make reservations under our group rate/block is October 12, 2023.
