Here’s how you can request your club be added as a new affiliated chapter club of NAMGBR or, to renew/re-affiliate with us. In short, contact the NAMGBR Vice Chairman via email.
Join NAMGBR as a Chapter Club
To have your club affiliated with the North American MGB Register please review the guidelines on the benefits for chapter clubs page if you have not already done so. The main requirement is simple: your requesting club must have, and subsequently maintain, at least 8 members of the North American MGB Register (NAMGBR) on their own membership list or rolls who designate your club as one of the 2 clubs linked to their personal membership.
To get the process started, the NAMGBR Vice Chairman is the lead contact. Please contact them via email to initiate the process. They can verify whether you already have enough existing NAMGBR members on your membership roles and they will provide a link to a web form that you can complete to submit the necessary information to NAMGBR.
Existing Chapter Re-affiliation
This is an annual process that is required to ensure that the North American MGB Register has current contact information for the affiliated chapter club.
This helps ensure we can keep in touch with our chapter clubs, process event insurance requests quickly and efficiently and also work with any clubs who may not have sufficient NAMGBR members on their own membership rolls.
The NAMGBR Vice Chairman is again the main contact for this process. Please contact them via email to initiate the process which will involve them sending you a link to an online form, where you can update/revise any information which has changed. Typically we need information for the club president/chair and the newsletter editor. As the people in these roles change over time this just helps us maintain our records.
